Great location to drop our bags so that we could explore the city before hopping on the blue line to the airport. Love the idea of Bounce and the service it provides.
Very convenient location with great staff. Location is close to all major subway lines and just one block from Chicago River. They also provide a detailed video of how to find their location. My only feedback would be if they can provide their phone number with the reservation, that will be convenient. The main entrance to the building remains locked on weekends and you need to call them to escort you in. I had to go through the video guide to find their phone number at the end of it. I would use their service every next time I am in Chicago.
The setup was very convenient and the staff was great at getting the bag stored away and retrieving it once we returned.
